  • Nominations for Bull Ride, Bronc’s and Ladies Open Barrels are through ABCRA, iCompete.

  • $50 Open Barrel Race (Not ABCRA Affiliated) entry fee - Min 5 gymkhana events to participate

  • ABCRA affiliated Ladies OPEN Barrels

  • All non ABCRA member competitors to fill in above form and submit prior to event to confirm nominations, Please bring waivers and consent form to nominations box upon checkin on the day. Thanks in Advance;

Horse Truck Loading at Woolibah station between 6:30am & 8am Friday Morning, Goldfields Equestrian Centre 8:30am – 9am, and will arrive at the grounds between 4pm – 6pm Friday Afternoon.   Riders welcome to camp with their horses at Woolibah Station on Thursday night.   Owners to be present for horse loading and unloading.  Horse Truck departs grounds 9am Sunday and returns to Kalgoorlie.  Contact Kat James to book your horse on the truck via FaceBook messenger or call 0417 368 044

Holding Yards are available at the gymkhana ground with a shared trough, please bring your own feed and water buckets for your yard.

Novelty events

Friday night events. Free entry.

Skeet Shoot

Saturday event 9am - 2pm.

Arm wrestle

$5 Entry on the day at announcers box

Children’s events

Saturday event. Free entry. Announcer will notify of approximate start time. Usually within the gymkhana lunch break.

Ute muster

Sunday event. Free entry. Announcer will call all vehicles to main area for viewing.

Camping

Use of camping grounds is inclusive of your ticket. No powered sites. If you bring a generator we ask to please shut it off by 10pm and be courteous to other campers. Small fires are permitted within your camp. BYO firewood.

Ablutions

Use of ablutions is included in your ticket also. Hot instant gas showers as well as flushing toilets. We ask no sanitary items or anything other than toilet paper provided be flushed as it will effect our septic system.

Ice

We will not have ice for sale unless otherwise advertised on the weekend.

Transport

Free horse transport available from Kalgoorlie via Hamptons please see gymkhana page for more information. We do not have public transport or bus available to The Muster.

Cash / EFTPOS

As internet can be difficult and slow over The Muster weekend we ask you to bring some cash as a backup for purchases over the weekend.

Food

We have a fully catered kitchen for all your food purchasing needs, Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus snacks and drinks.

Bar

Fully catered bar in licensed area. NO BYO or glass within the licensed are please.
