Please read the below carefully before signing up to our club:
Membership is currently $25 for a year starting 1st January to 31st December per person over the age of 18 Years.
The Nullarbor Muster will accept or decline all memberships presented at the next calendar AGM. Upon acceptance an invoice will be forwarded to relevant members.
New memberships accepted at AGM will carry to the following year
If membership is declined The Nullarbor Muster Club holds the right not to disclose reasoning.
To be considered an active member full fees must be paid asap upon receiving your invoice.
Members must attend a minimum of 3 meetings and busy bees.
Members may be included at meetings via zoom / telephone to be classified as ‘in attendance’ if needed.
Active members are required to assist with setting up, packing down and running the annual Nullarbor Muster. Each member is required to hold a volunteer position/job which you are responsible to complete. Jobs are assigned at each AGM unless otherwise organised/discussed with committee.
Committee members are voted in at each AGM holing the position for the term of a year. Committee members include: President, Treasurer, Secretary.
If your membership is not renewed within 3 months of expiry (31st December) your membership will no longer be valid. Thus removing you from all correspondence.

1 vote per financial member at meetings

Members only merchandise on anniversary years
